A
great institution is actually built up of three main contents, one is very high
teaching faculty, secondly very high quality of students with high receptivity
and thirdly commitment to learning and to innovation” this was stated by the Lt. Governor of Delhi, Shri Tejendra
Khannaon on the occasion of First Convocation of the Indraprastha Institute
of Information Technology, Delhi. While addressing the Convocation he warmly
congratulated Sh. Pankaj Jaloti,
Director of the Institute and his team for the outstanding progress they have
shown in the two last couple of years. Praising Sh. N. R. Narayana Murthy
(Founder of the Infosys Ltd, a global software consulting company) who was present as a chief guest on the occasion, LG
said that Dr. Narayana Murthy brought India into global consciousness as a
massive intellectual and potentially intellectual activity in Infosys. Shri
Kiran Karnik, Chairman Board of Governors of the Institute was also present.He further stated that every professional
should be a gold standard professional and the
one, who has highest commitment towards ethical integrity, commands very good
domain knowledge in whichever area he is working and is capable to deliver work
without any supervision.
