On this occasion BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta announced that the gang rape victim Physiotherapist young woman will be offered service in the health department of Municipal Corporation. BJP Delhi will fight the case on behalf of the victim in the court also so that not a single accused escapes punishment. He has demanded the Government that separate fast track courts be constituted in all the 11 districts of Delhi for hearing cases related to crime against women, children and senior citizens. Hearing in such cases should be on day to day basis so that the criminals may be punished as soon as possible. Gupta went to the Safdarjung Hospital continuously for three days to enquire about the treatment of the victim. He has asked the hospital administration that there should be no negligence in the treatment of the victim young woman. BJP will help in providing in any costly treatment.

The National President of BJP Mahila Morcha Smriti Irani told that it is matter of shame that gang rape is committed in moving bus during the tenure of a woman Chief Minister in Delhi and the Government is satisfied by a stating that the license of the bus in which the crime was committed has been cancelled. The lives of lakhs of women in Delhi are in danger. The criminals are active in Delhi and the police are inactive. There  is no fear of law, police and society in the minds of the criminals. This is the reason for the gang rape in moving bus during the night of 16/17 December and the police had no knowledge about it.
