Single web site for many grievances

New Delhi: Delhi Minister for Transport Sh Ramakant Goswami today, formally launched a website based grievance handling system for his constituency RAJINDER NAGAR. This system will enable residents of his constituency to directly register any grievance related to MCD, DJB, DDA, PWD, etc , which is forwarded to the concerned Dept after suitable checks/ moderations by SMSThe mechanism allows the honorable minister to get similar alerts. The website will also publish the status of the registered complaints on it's website after a week. Basically it will ensure a transparent and impartial system of monitoring of public issues in the area. This is first of it's kind in Delhi, with RAJINDER NAGAR , being first to get this benefit. The website also provides links to all the work being done by the Hon MINISTER as MLA. Infact it is going to soon have a MAP of the work being done thru the MLA FUND in his area. Some 150 residents representing 28 RWAs were present during the function at Ahinsa Bhawan at Shankar Road . Many residents offered valuable suggestions for modification and additions in the website. The website was inaguarated by eldest citizen present in the meeting , mr Narang, who filed the first grievance on the website. Mr Narang is president of new RAJINDER nagar RWA.
