Delhi: Dr. ShobhaVijender, founder president of Sampurna , fighting for the
rights and empowerment of women has demanded that either the criminals who have
gangraped a student in a daylight today should be arrested immediately or the
home minister govt. of India should owe moral
responsibility
and resign failing which he be dismissed being directly responsible for Law and
Order
in Delhi.
The
volunteers of Sampurnaon knowing about the heinous crime of gang rape have
called a
meeting
of the general house and have demanded that either the rapists be arrested
immediately
or
all the woman organization would come on roads against the crime against women.
They
have also demanded capital punishments for the rapists, under the Law.
Quoting
from the article 51A of the constitution which contains that it is the duty of
every
citizen
of India to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of woman.The
government of
India
iscustodian of the rights of woman and responsible for implementation of the
constitution
in
its true spirit. Actually the capital has become the Capital of Rape and Crime
asthe criminals
are
protected on political affiliations.
