New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today handed over a cheque worth ` 15 lakh as ex-gratia amount to the father of the deceased victim of gang rape in Delhi. The cheque was handed over by Smt. Dikshit at her residence. She assured of all possible help to the family in getting out of the biggest shock after unfortunate incident dated 16.12.2012.
Dikshit also stated that her government would explore possibility of providing a flat to the family and would also help the family in education of their two sons & make them earning members. Apart from family members of the victim, West Delhi Lok Sabha MP Sh. Mahabal Mishra and Parliamentary Secretary to CM Sh. Mukesh Sharma were also present.
