New Delhi: Dr. Shobha Vijender, Municipal councilor ward no.- 50, inspected the store of works NDMC in ward no.-50. The attendance registers and movement registers were checked. Afterwards along with the officials Deepak Sinha JE from Works Dept, Jugti Ram, A.S.I Sanitation Dept., M.K. Khattar L.I., Manoj DMSW were present. Keeping in view the monsoon drizzles these days, MCD must be ready for pre-monsoon preparations.
It includes proper cleaning of drains, no collection of garbage, anti-malaria drive, etc.She, hence, went to all the dumping areas and dallaws (garbage collection spot) and instructed the concerned staff to regularly clean and maintain the area.
She said, the 4 feet deep drains have been cleaned and covered. The side brumes are also being maintained. She even assured to residents of her ward that all the de-silting work in the area has been done. The energetic round of the councilor brought a very enthusiastic response from the staff.
